Elmhurst Park celebration

August 9th, 2010

Head on over to Elmhurst Street the evening of August 9 for the Talbot-Norfolk Triangle neighborhood’s Family Fun Night Celebration – its their Big Event to wrap up a successul summer of youth programming. There will be a community dinner and a presentation about what this year’s group of children and teens learned this summer. Dinner at 6:00 pm, Presentation at 7:15 pm.

Boston R.O.C.K.S!!! (Recreational Opportunities for City Kids) has gone green, with free, drop-in green activities for Dorchester youth until mid-August.  Boston R.O.C.K.S!!!   • Different activities every day, including double dutch, soccer, creative arts, community gardening, and gardening-oriented Bible study
  • A Bike Day with DotBike is planned for July/early August
